What is spiral wrapping?

Spiral wrapping machines (pallet stretch wrappers) are used to deposit a stretch film from 250 to 1000 mm wide in a spiral around a load. To meet the requirements of all kinds of products, our pallet stretch wrappers come in three ranges: turntable wrapping machines, rotating arm stretch wrapping machines and very high speed ring wrapping machines.

• In the case of turntable wrapping machines, the load is placed on a tunrtable which rotates in front of the roll of film.
• In the case of rotating arm wrapping machines, the load is stationary and the arms rotate around the pallet.
• For ring stretch wrapping machines, it is the carriages that move around the static load.
